Lou Jahde, Founder, Chairman of the Board
- Native of Iowa; spent youth on farm near Webster, South Dakota
- Earned BS from Northern State University, Aberdeen, South Dakota
- Held management posts with Sears Roebuck, Machine Mart, Mountain States Bank
- Founded Palace Construction in 1963
- Active with Denver Southeast Rotary, Arapahoe House, Denver Serra Club
Rick Carter, President, Chief Executive Officer
- Joined Palace Construction in 1989 as manager trainee
- Oversees Palace operations, business development, customer relations, quality and safety programs

Amy Papineau, CPA, Chief Financial Officer
- Joined Palace Construction in 1992
- Responsible for financial and administrative divisions of Palace

- Certified Public Accountant with 40 hours of continuing education annually
- Active in Construction Financial Management Association
Jon Wagener, Chief Operations Officer
- Joined Palace Construction in 1981
- More than 30 years’ experience in all phases of residential, commercial and structural repairs
- Sought after by builders, owners and insurers for expert testimony in construction litigation
