Palace’s Commercial Services Division enjoys a strong reputation built on more than four decades of performance. Our clients range from large corporations and non-profit organizations to state and local government agencies, small businesses and individuals. Our projects are equally diverse and include assisted-living campuses, historic renovations, religious and educational facilities, and multi-family environments. While most are located along the Front Range, we are open to engagements beyond the Rocky Mountains.
