Project description

Sharing a site with the Urban Ventures Monarch Mills project, this 41,094 square-foot, two-story building at 15th and Delgany streets hosts 13 luxury town homes. Each unit offers approximately 889 square-feet on the main level and 1,004 square-feet on the upper level. The exterior closure includes Pilkington Planar glazing systems, aluminum windows and Aphalon exterior cladding systems. Interiors feature high-end cabinetry and finishes. Underground parking with individual tandem parking spaces is included with each unit. Construction is wood framed over the concrete garage.

Project description

Affordable and market-rate units come together beautifully in this new multi-residential, for-sale mid-rise. The 103,200 square-foot project includes seven stories of residential units—56 affordable, 13 market-rate—over a 76-space parking garage. All nine units on the eighth level are market rate. Site work was limited to the immediate area around the building. Floors above grade are post-tension, cast in place, including the roof.

Project description

This 250,773 square-foot project near Denver’s Auraria Campus offers 233 units in studio, two-bedroom, four-bedroom and two-bedroom double-occupancy floor plans. The overall scale is composed of a series of smaller elements to create a sense of identity for each section. A commercial space with café and convenience store create an inviting common entry for both the neighborhood and building. Multiple common areas—informal lounges, meeting rooms, a workout room, laundry and gathering spaces—are distributed throughout the project to foster the student life of the project.

Project description

This 176,444 square-foot mixed-use facility on busy Broadway hosts 96 residential units with a ground-level core and shell ready for retail tenant finish. The building features eight stories above grade and a two-level underground garage. Palace’s scope of work included demolition of an existing liquor store and preparation of the infill site for the new structure. Construction is post tension slab and column.

Project description

Gracing Denver’s historic Stapleton area, this stunning, crescent-shaped building hosts 37 remarkable loft residences. The built-green units feature open living areas, high ceilings, expansive windows and exposed ductwork. Each dramatic two-story home also comes standard with a fireplace, exposed brick walls, large front terrace and attached two-car garage.

Project description

This two-phase project has delivered nearly 122,000 square-feet of workforce condominiums to Denver’s historic Stapleton area. Seventy-eight units with five distinctive floor plans were completed in Phase I. Phase II saw the completion of eight additional multi-family buildings. All structures consist of post tension slabs, 2 x 6 exterior walls for thermal insulation and asphalt roofing. Both phases included all associate site work.
