Centura Health - St. Anthony North Hospital - 64 Slice Cat Scan Machine

Project description

Demolition of one existing radiology room, bathroom and storage room located adjacent to the Emergency and Radiology Departments. The remodel of the existing space consisted of a Procedure Room, Control Room, ADA compliant restroom and mechanical room for a 64 slice General Electric CAT Scan machine.

Project description

Corrected deficiency items for CMI survey and accreditation. Miscellaneous work included repairs to doors, hardware, smoke seal, patching penetrations in rated walls throughout facility and miscellaneous casework repairs. Scope also included the remodeling of the Radiology reading room and a build out of the 3rd floor shell space for a storage room and the IT Training Facility.

Project description

Remodel and repairs consisting of miscellaneous door hardware upgrades, upgrades to patient room doors and fire rated doors, drywall patching and fire caulking repairs throughout the hospital. Radiology remodel for new GE 64 Slice Cat Scan machine. This project was completed while the areas were occupied by patients and staff.

Project description

Interior demolition of old pharmacy and 1,200 square foot remodel for a new OB On-Call and On Deck Doctor Sleep Rooms. Project also included two new ADA compliant restrooms and miscellaneous remodeling within the Mother Baby Wing, Nursery, Isolation Room, Triage and Women's Health Services.

Dasco Blood Draw Suite/Parker Adventist MOB

Project description

Interior remodel of approximately 1,000 square foot shell space within the existing Medical Office Building that is adjacent to Crown Point Surgery Center and Pharmacy. Project consisted of building out three blood draw rooms, reception and waiting area, ADA compliant restrooms and work room.

Centura Health - Parker Adventist Hospital - Nurse's Station And Medication Room Remodel

Project description

This project was a build out of existing patient rooms for a new nurse's work room and new nurse's station reception area. Work included demolishing and removing the existing nurse's station, and building out a new medication room. All work preformed was in the existing, fully occupied first floor patient wing.

Interior demolition of existing offices within the occupied imaging department. Remodel of 1,500 square foot treatment room and control room. Scope also included the addition of office space to house new Siemens 64 slice Cat Scan machine. MEP upgrades and tie-ins to the existing services were made.
