Project description
Addition of an 18,000 square foot junior high school located on an existing campus. The addition of this facility added a science lab, art classroom, media center, music and stage area, science classroom, five standard classrooms and a much needed lunch room and commons area. The structure is made of steel; roof bar joists in a tilt-up concrete panel structure on a slab on grade

Project description
Construction of a new 15,663 square foot masonry structure with a rounded barrel roof built of architectural sheet metal. The roof is reminiscent of the architectural style of Lowry’s airplane hangars. Four colors of both brick and CMU along with metal wall panels make up the exterior skin along with Kal-Wal Glazing and Storefront. The gymnasium has a regulation sized basketball court. The flooring is made of solid maple flooring and has a divider for practice courts. Boys and girls locker rooms and restrooms with ceramic tile flooring, a music room, gym storage rooms, a PE storage room, office and electrical rooms complete the interior. Outside, a hard court surface for basketball and other games is located on the buildings east side. Stanley British Primary School is an accredited K-8 independent day school.

Project description
Renovation of a 27,865 square foot elementary school, including complete demolition of building exterior and replacement with a curtain wall and aluminum panel system. Project also consists of conversion of the HVAC system to a hydronic system and renovation of the existing electrical system. A majority of this project took place while school was in session.

New construction of a 54,368 square foot elementary school. Slab on grade with structural steel frame. Project involved extensive site work and landscaping. The new school includes classrooms, offices, gymnasium, full service kitchen, cafeteria, restrooms and storage.

Project description
New two story 46,000 square foot elementary school for approximately four hundred and fifty students. Slab on grade with structural steel frame. Half of the existing school was removed while students attended classes in the remaining part of the old school. Temporary buildings were also used while the new school was being built on the existing site. New playgrounds were constructed once the new facility was complete and the remainder of the old building was demolished. The new school includes classrooms, offices, gymnasium, cafeteria, music and art rooms, library, restrooms and storage areas.
