Project description

The Valley Country Club project consisted of additions and renovations to the existing clubhouse. The additions consisted of three main areas added to the existing building totaling approximately 3,087 gross square feet. Additionally, the existing building was completely renovated on the interior for a total of 31,000 gross square feet. Work included a new commercial kitchen, dining areas, locker room and a golf pro shop. A new terrace was added onto the building as well as a complete renovation to the existing terrace. A new golf cart loop and paths along with a pool renovation were also done. The existing area around the new construction had all the landscaping repaired back to its original condition.

Project description

A new 44,000 square foot administrative building which houses the City Court House, fire department, police headquarters and emergency call center. This facility is also home to the city clerks office, public works and building department. Scope of work included the new construction of a community center which offers multi-purpose rooms, full service kitchen, senior center, library, media room, youth activities and child care. The recreation center offers a gymnasium, weights/cardiovascular and dance area. The building’s structure is non-traditional construction utilizing both traditional masonry construction and pre-engineered metal building design. The construction creates a unique blend of features and rooms including its dramatic 300 foot main corridor extending from 46 feet high down to 14 feet.
