Warranty

Palace Construction’s attention to detail continues during the warranty period following project completion. Typically, we provide a one-year limited warranty that covers defects in our workmanship and/or the materials used, but not cosmetic items. Given the wide range of work we perform, the warranty specific to each project is discussed thoroughly with the property owner or representative prior to and at close-out. A manual detailing warranted items is included, as well, in the Owner and Maintenance Manual.

To assure a timely response, Palace has a dedicated warranty team and an online Warranty Tracker System. Customers receive a user name and password at the time of project completion. Claims emailed to the Warranty Tracker are received instantly by the Palace team member on duty. Emergencies are handled immediately and most other requests are addressed within 24 hours.

Homeowners are also given an after-hours emergency contact number — (303) 328-8512. The Palace field team member on call has the authority to alleviate the emergency, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
