Estimator
The Estimator will primarily work with commercial and multi-family construction and renovations. Work task includes developing and reviewing estimates at various stages of design for clients.
Qualifications
- Experienced in Commercial Building / Multifamily Construction and Renovation
- Experience with negotiated projects and reviewing plans at all design stages (Concept thru Construction Documents) is required
- A degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent military or on-the-job experience is required
- Minimum 3 years post-graduate work in the field on construction projects required.
- Must be able to self-manage a diverse workload and have the capability to delegate duties and supervise assistants as needed.
- Knowledge of the Denver market is a plus.
