All Saints Apartments is a newly constructed community featuring 100 units of affordable senior housing in Denver, Colorado. The Enterprise Green Community features all electric design and is solar ready to provide sustainable living and operations.

Amenities include a library, fitness room, and community room to provide seniors 55+ with a safe, welcoming environment complete with modern conveniences and spaces to connect with neighbors.

Built on land donated by the neighboring church, the work was coordinated to maintain uninterrupted access to the church allowing them to continue to provide services to the community throughout construction.
