Palace Construction completed renovations at Aztec Villa Apartments, a 17-building affordable housing community featuring 164 units and a leasing office in Thornton, CO for Maiker Housing Partners.

Renovations included exterior stair replacements, asbestos abatement, MEP upgrades for energy efficiency, exterior building envelope upgrades including insulation, siding, and new windows, interior finishes, extensive site grading to correct drainage, and parking lot reconstruction.
