DESCRIPTION

Palace Construction completed the renovations at Brookstone Apartments for Loveland Housing Authority in Loveland, CO. This renovation improved the unit aesthetics and energy efficiency and took place while the buildings were occupied.

Brookstone Apartments features 72 units across nine buildings to comprise the affordable housing community.

Interior and exterior building elements were updated and select units were converted to meet ADA standards. New energy efficient furnaces and water heaters were installed, along with window replacements. The siding was replaced and the existing metal stairs to second floor units were replaced and modified. A new addition to the community building and a new playground were also delivered.
