DESCRIPTION

Palace Construction completed the renovation of Connections at 6th, a 2-building affordable housing community featuring 68 units, for Aurora Housing Authority. This renovation project also included a clubhouse building and four garage buildings.

In addition to interior and exterior upgrades, select units were renovated to improve accessibility for residents with disabilities. Work performed includes mold abatement, new energy efficient furnaces and fan coils, two elevator modernizations, and a new asphalt shingle roof. The clubhouse with offices and conference space was also revitalized.
