Palace Construction completed renovations at Diagonal Court, one of six sites in Boulder Housing Partners’ “Project Renovate” program set to repair and update the City’s affordable housing assets. This property includes 30 units across 5 buildings in Boulder, CO.

Scope for this renovation included interior and exterior upgrades: new MEP systems, windows, doors, siding, roofing, interior finishes, front porches, rear decks, and storage sheds. Site improvements include new landscaping, parking reconfiguration, a new playground, and a new community center. Accessibility upgrades were also completed, including upgraded accessible routes, new ADA-compliant fixtures, dual-height water fountains, compliant kitchen layouts, and enhanced alarm systems.
