Palace Construction completed construction on the new build of East Range Crossings, an affordable housing community with 10 buildings featuring 252 units in Denver, CO for Dominium.

This project also includes a 4,800 SF clubhouse, 80 garages, 98 carports, a maintenance garage, swimming pool and spa, pool equipment and restroom building, mail kiosks, and three bike barn structures.
