DESCRIPTION

Golden West Communities North Tower involved the occupied conversion and renovation of 56 Assisted Living units into 31 Independent Living units within the north tower of the senior living facility in Boulder, CO for Boulder Housing Partners. Comprehensive interior renovations included corridors and common areas.

The occupied renovation entailed upgrades to electrical, plumbing, fire alarm and sprinkler, and HVAC units to provide more modern and comfortable independent living for the Boulder community.

Amenities include common areas with walkout patios and gathering spaces, as well as the on-site restaurant Iris Bistro so that residents can enjoy social, educational, cultural, and wellness opportunities while maintaining independence.
