DESCRIPTION

Heartside Hill Apartments is a 8.9-acre, newly constructed affordable housing community featuring six buildings with 72 units in Fort Collins, Colorado for Care Communities. This community offers affordable 1- to 4-bedroom apartments designed for individuals and families earning 50–60% of the area median income.

Amenities include vibrant community green space, a welcoming community center, and a playground for residents to enjoy.

Designed with wood-frame construction and incorporating two foundation systems, the project team took great care to optimize both the site layout and the
project budget to support the creation of safe, affordable, and energy-efficient housing for the Fort Collins community.

Extensive site work was performed including site utilities, private roadways, sidewalks, site concrete, landscaping, irrigation, and asphalt paving.
