Palace Construction completed renovations at Iris / Hawthorn, one of six sites in Boulder Housing Partners’ “Project Renovate” program set to repair and update the City’s affordable housing assets. This property includes 13 single family homes for rent.

The transformation of these homes included complete interior and exterior renovations while each home was occupied. Air conditioning units were added to each, along with new roofs and covered porches that drastically improved useable outdoor space for residents. Limited landscaping was performed and a new playground was added.
