Palace Construction completed renovations at Kalamia, one of six sites in Boulder Housing Partners’ “Project Renovate” program set to repair and update the City’s affordable housing assets. This property includes 49 units across 10 buildings in Boulder, CO and the buildings were occupied during construction.

Interior scope for this project included kitchen and bathroom remodels, new flooring, new paint, and new finishes. Exterior improvements include siding replacement, new windows, select roof replacement, exterior door replacements, parking improvements, a new trash enclosure, storage sheds, and landscaping.
