Palace Construction completed the renovation of Madison Apartments featuring 35 affordable units across four buildings for Boulder Housing Partners in Boulder, CO. This project also featured the renovation of the community room.

This renovation included asbestos abatement, new HVAC, and new appliances for every unit. The electrical system was upgraded and all units received new finishes and windows. Exterior siding was also replaced. The new community room was created from the conversion of an existing unit and laundry. Paving, landscaping, irrigation, a new playground, and a new community garden were also performed.
