DESCRIPTION

Palace Construction completed renovations at Northport, one of six sites in Boulder Housing Partners’ “Project Renovate” program set to repair and update the City’s affordable housing assets. This property includes 50 studio and one-bedroom apartments for the elderly and disabled and was renovated while occupied by the tenants.

Scope for this renovation includes upgraded unit finishes, updates to the community room and laundry, and upgrades to ADA units to meet current codes. The site was landscaped and the exterior was painted.
