DESCRIPTION

Palace Construction completed renovations at Overlook at Thornton, a 9-building affordable housing community in Thornton, Colorado for Maiker Housing Partners. The comprehensive, occupied renovation featured upgrades to the 160 units and the construction of a new community clubhouse with an outdoor pool for residents.

Amenities include the community clubhouse and outdoor swimming pool, a basketball court, community garden, playground, picnic and BBQ areas, laundry facilities, and pet-friendly units.

Palace collaborated closely with Maiker Housing Partners for 2.5 years to develop the scope of work, phasing plan, and budget before construction began.
