Palace Construction completed comprehensive renovations at Tiara Apartments, a 5-story affordable senior housing community in Aurora, Colorado for KCG Companies. The renovation featured improvements to the 50 individual units, communal areas, and exterior of the building. Three units were renovated to be ADA compliant.

This comprehensive renovation involved elevator modernization, a new vapor mitigation system, MEP upgrades including new mini-split systems, unit finishes, aa new community space and leasing office, elevated deck repairs, exterior paint, storefront replacement, courtyard drainage improvements, new roof, and a new pavilion with site furnishings.

The final result is a revitalized senior housing community with modern systems and amenities to provide comfortable and sustainable living for the Aurora community.
