Palace Construction completed renovations at Walnut Place, one of six sites in Boulder Housing Partners’ “Project Renovate” program set to repair and update the City’s affordable housing assets. This property includes 95 studio and one-bedroom apartments for people 50+ and the renovation took place while the building was occupied.

Scope for this renovation includes upgraded unit finishes, updates to the community room and laundry, and upgrades to ADA units to meet current codes. The site was landscaped and the exterior was painted, along with the installation of updated exterior metal panels.
