Join us as we welcome a new member to our family.
Reid Bullock - Reid has re-joined the family as a project manager for their commercial division. Reid re-joins Palace with more than 40 years of construction experience and is excited to be reunited with the Palace family.
Reid is currently overseeing the Washington Center Apartments project, an $8.6 million affordable senior housing facility. The project began in August of this year and Reid said they are on schedule to be finished around the same time in 2014.
As for his background, Reid graduated from the University of Washington with a dual degree in architecture and construction management. While in school, he began to feel he may have skills catering more towards the construction side of the industry.
After graduating, Reid worked for three general contractors over a span of 26 years in the Seattle area. He moved to Denver in 2005 and so began his first stint with Palace as a project manager. Reid was later given the opportunity to join DRG Construction Group as a senior project manager and decided to leave Palace in June 2007.
Reid said the reason he wanted to come back to Palace this year “is because of the people and the relationships I had here at Palace.” He was hired back on as a full-time employee of the company in mid-October.
During his free time, Reid can be found working on his house or playing the occasional round of golf. He is excited to be back with Palace as he enjoys the scope of projects the company is involved with.
