DENVER (July 6, 2015) — Palace Construction has announced that the company is expanding its marketing and business development team with the addition of Brett Rayer as Marketing Coordinator. In his new position, Rayer will plan and organize marketing functions for Palace Construction, including designing and implementing advertising strategies, and expanding existing business relationships by attending networking events, tradeshows and related associations meetings.
“Brett is an experienced marketing and communications specialist with a reputation for working closely with senior leadership to develop support programs for sales, marketing and training. He has been recognized for outstanding work ethic, dedication, and creativity in delivering functional results,” noted Maggie Bolden, Director of Client Relations, Palace Construction. “His management experience paired with his marketing and advertising background will bring a strong voice to the Palace Construction marketing team.”
Rayer joins Palace with more than 14 years of marketing experience. Previously, Rayer managed a team of eight as the Assistant General Manager and Designer at DR Photo, the largest independently owned school photo company in Colorado. Prior to that, Rayer was the Marketing Specialist at Dividend Capital where he developed content for a breadth of marketing initiatives and conducted commercial real estate market research. Before joining Dividend Capital, Rayer served as Marketing Specialist for Brandwise Inc. where he tripled the number of users of a new, web-based sales order integration product. Rayer began his career as an Account Manager at GD&A Advertising and Public Relations where he planned media campaigns in trade publications. Rayer received a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. In his spare time, Rayer enjoys hiking, hockey and music composition.
