Palace Construction played a key role in bringing CityScape at Belmar to life. Our extensive preconstruction involvement, spanning several years and numerous collaborative meetings, allowed us to proactively address design challenges and ensure a smooth build. Through constructability reviews and value engineering, we delivered this 130-unit mixed-income senior living community on budget and exceeding Enterprise Green standards.
