DESCRIPTION

This recently completed project features a three-story, 57-unit wood-framed senior independent living facility with a total of 110,000 sq ft. Highlights include an underground parking garage (63 spaces), a dining room with commercial kitchen, wellness center, activity room, lounges, and multi-purpose rooms with multimedia. Each apartment offers a full kitchen with energy-efficient appliances and emergency safety features. The landscaping was thoughtfully redesigned to create accessible outdoor amenity spaces, promoting resident activity and connection to the existing facility.
