DESCRIPTION

The Olin is a historic hotel in Capitol Hill originally constructed in 1917 that was transformed into affordable apartments in the 1982. Palace was selected as a preconstruction partner to assist the owner and design team with meeting budget and design goals. This project updated the existing units with new fixtures and finishes, re-activated the 5th floor which had been vacant and thoughtfully redesigned the common areas to provide residents and staff with a beautiful, updated and energy efficient space.
