DESCRIPTION

An occupied renovation of a 309-unit senior living community in Boulder, CO, encompassing three towers. Palace Construction revitalized common areas, updated units with varying levels of renovation, replaced windows, upgraded mechanical and electrical systems, modernized elevators (including a new addition), and enhanced accessibility with new snow melt walkways and an entry canopy. Our occupied approach minimized disruption for residents throughout the project.
