Enhancements to this 119-unit cottage-style community included new screen doors, exterior painting, entry hardware, and interior bathroom upgrades. Structural repairs and new traffic coatings were applied to two-story apartment walkways, along with handrail improvements. Site regrading and landscaping significantly enhanced drainage and community aesthetics.
