DESCRIPTION

We constructed a new 71,792 sq. ft., three-story senior housing facility featuring 85 units, including 20 dedicated Alzheimer’s care suites. This thoughtfully designed community offers residents a comfortable and engaging environment with amenities like a spacious dining hall, movie theater, country store, bistro, spa services, and a serene sun patio. The accessible design includes ADA ramps to all courtyards, and the exterior showcases durable Hardiboard siding and stone veneer.
